Services And Rates
Bootcamps:
- 5 bootcamps for $60
- 10 bootcamps for $120
- Drop in is $15 per bootcamp
- Bootcamps last approximately 45-55 minutes.
- I have 3 weekly bootcamps set up on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9am.
- Tuesday at Vistas Community Park.
- Thursday at Vistas Community Park.
- Saturday at Bruce Trent Park.
Group training:
- $30 per person for 2 clients; minimum 5 sessions
- $25 per person for 3 clients; minimum 5 sessions
- $20 per person for 4 clients or more; minimum 5 sessions
Individual training: $55 per session; minimum 5 sessions
Individual Workout plan to do on own: $250 for 4 week training plan
Methods of payment accepted: Cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
