Services And Rates

Bootcamps:

  • 5 bootcamps for $60
  • 10 bootcamps for $120
  • Drop in is $15 per bootcamp
  • Bootcamps last approximately 45-55 minutes.
  • I have 3 weekly bootcamps set up on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9am.
  • Tuesday at Vistas Community Park.
  • Thursday at Vistas Community Park.
  • Saturday at Bruce Trent Park.

Group training:

  • $30 per person for 2 clients; minimum 5 sessions
  • $25 per person for 3 clients; minimum 5 sessions
  • $20 per person for 4 clients or more; minimum 5 sessions

Individual training: $55 per session; minimum 5 sessions

Individual Workout plan to do on own: $250 for 4 week training plan
